Location

Our caravan is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on Cheltenham in a lovely quiet part of the site where nearly all caravans are privately owned and occupied.  Trees and hedges on two sides of the caravan provide a haven for wildlife including green woodpeckers, squirrels, rabbits etc.    A short stroll will take you into the fields which lead down to Bowleaze Cove.

General

There is a spacious, light and airy feel to the lounge, with French doors leading onto a large fully enclosed balcony with chairs and container plants. Double glazing, full gas fired central heating and electric fire  means the caravan is warm and cozy in the spring and autumn and cool in the heat of the summer!

Outside there is a hard standing for one car alongside the caravan and a large patio and grassed area with table and chairs

A wi-fi router in the caravan is connected to the Wifinity service by high speed fibre cable. There is a free daily download allowance of 300 mB and additional high speed streaming access can be purchased from Wifinity on a daily or weekly basis.

We are on piped gas (no bottles to bother about) and all gas and electricity is included in the price.  You will need to bring bed linen, towels and T-towels, but duvets, pillows and protectors are all provided.

Accommodation

Lounge Area – The lounge has a 32″ TV and built in DVD player, comfortable free standing sofa and chair with cushions, coffee table and cupboard  with board games etc for use by our guests. 

Dining Area – Table with 4 chairs

Kitchen – Full size gas cooker, fully fitted cupboards, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Main bedroom – A spacious room with a king size bed with very comfortable memory foam topper for a good night’s sleep, bedside cabinets, dressing table and two double wardrobes. En-suite with toilet and basin

Twin bedroom – has two 2′ 6″ wide beds, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe

Shower Room – large shower cubicle, basin and toilet.  Power point for electric shaver

There is a launderette on site which has a free iron and ironing board for use if required.
